11th Congress of the International Colour Association (AIC) 2009, Sydney, Australia, between September 27th and October 2nd 2009.
Colour Society of Australia and the organising committee of AIC Colour 2009
invite Larissa Noury, Ph.D. in Art and Architecture, President of CEC to present her conference
"Colour in the City: Colour analysis and its application in Architecture and Urbanism" as well as her Art Tactile Painting during the eleventh AIC Congress in the spectacular harbour city of Sydney, Australia. (see pictures)
A series of conferences was done in French School of Sydney (Lycée CONDORCET), in order to share the latest research on Colour between Art and Architecture with professors and students of this establishment.
CEC at the Art International - Penang 2009.
Art International - Penang 2009 is the 1st International art festival in Penang in commemoration with the 1st Anniversary of the UNESCO listing of George Town, Penang as world heritage site aims to promote the understanding and appreciation of art and culture. With the theme Art, Life and Vision, Art International Penang 2009 features a myriad of artistic expressions through various mediums including visual art, performing arts, educational art workshops as well as forums and music.
Art International- Penang 2009 will invite Larissa Noury, a French artist to exhibit her work in Penang at Penang Town Hall at the Esplanade. Larissa Noury was a Former professor of Colour in High School of Arts & Techniques, ESAT - Paris and is at present a President of CEC "Colour-Space-Culture" International Association. The Alliance Française de Penang would like to welcome Mrs Larissa Noury at the Alliance Française for a talk on modern art.
